LensOCR was created out of the idea to improve your daily productivity using a macOS application - you can use the app for work, studies or private life. During home office, we needed to write down text from presentations and meetings, and found it a tedious task, so we thought: there must be a better solution than taking screenshots and later write down the necessary information. We started to look for solutions, and found that we could use OCR, there were a couple of applications, but in the end there was always something missing that we needed - and so we started to develop LensOCR. First, we started with capturing text from non-selectable text, and later we introduced new features such as the QR and Barcode reader.
